Project Brief for Guestronomy Delight Branding:

Guestronomy Delight is a newly launched Indian restaurant and bar located in Ironshore, Montego Bay, offering a diverse menu featuring Indian, Chinese, Jamaican, and Thai cuisines. Along with dine-in and takeout services, the venue also caters to private events and offers a bar service featuring cocktails and mocktails.

The client approached Abhishek Branding LLP to develop the restaurant’s full brand identity and launch plan, both online and offline, targeting both locals and tourists in Jamaica.

Challenge:

Launching a brand-new restaurant in a foreign market without any local presence required precise planning and remote execution. Every aspect of branding and marketing had to align without face-to-face collaboration.

The brand had no existing recognition, making it essential to build trust and visibility from the ground up across signage, menus, digital platforms, and Google search.

Creating a culturally resonant identity was key. The design and messaging had to celebrate Indian flavours while still feeling approachable and relatable to the Jamaican audience.

Positioning a multi-cuisine restaurant without diluting its identity demanded careful balance. The brand needed to feel unified despite offering Indian, Chinese, Thai, and Jamaican dishes.
