We are looking for a Manager – Sales &  Business Development Executive.

Abhishek Branding is an innovative company working in Branding, Advertising, Website Design & Development, and Digital marketing Agency. We are looking for experienced and dynamic Sales Person in space of Branding Agency.

We are looking for Graduates for the managerial position in one of the leading Branding companies in Vadodara, India.

Candidates must have at least 1-3 years of experience after post-graduate degree in business development, sales, client management & More.

Job Responsibilities

  • Do extensive research on potential clients
  • Use various tools like LinkedIn or others to collect data for cold emails or calls
  • Arrange meetings by phone and e-mails.
  • Identify ways and means to engage with the target market
  • Maintains relationships with target prospects with regular follow-ups and updates.
  • Prepare and coordinate sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information on a regular basis
  • Setup and follow process for managing and tracking leads.
  • Travel: Should be willing to travel (at least 10% time)
  • Great spoken and written English.
  • Confident and proper team player.
  • Develop business development ideas regularly.
  • Must have understanding of media, content and corporate partnerships.
  • Generating regular business from new as well as existing clients.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of customer’s projects and campaigns.
  • Candidate needs to meet a client for understanding requirements in same location if required.
  • Responsible for dealing with Clients’ Queries on-call or Email.
  • Provide customer service and support.
  • Responsible for making quotation n follow up with customers outstanding – payment.
  • Candidate having prior experience in Customer Service industry will be an advantage.

Job Requirement

  • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client.
  • information Should have experience in collecting information about potential clients.
  • Develop a new business strategy and tweak that on a monthly basis based on results.
  • Strong customer focus, engagement and relationship building
  • Understanding of Branding Agency (Graphics Design, Advertising, Website Design, Digital Marketing)
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Excellent Presentation Skills, Social media skills, Prospecting Skills
  • MBA from renowned college with Majors in either sales, marketing or business development.
  • Self-Motivated and High Energy Levels
  • Over and above your basic salary, you will get commission for every deal you close.

Nice to Have

  • BBA/MBA Graduates Preferred
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Email, and Excel) and CRM experience preferred

Work hours are 9 am to 7:00 pm, Monday to Sataurday.
